The Rolling Stones’ “Paint It Black” is the backing track to this wacky and silly Flash animation. TodayFM used it in a competition this morning which is what got me searching for it in the first place!
Not sure how well a Telly Tubby sings that track however!

Colorization Using Optimization
Colorization Using Optimization – interesting. Scribble on a b/w photo and it can use those colours to colour in the rest of the photo realistically.
WW2 Photos in Colour, but not coloured in.

Recent Comments Plugin
I installed the Recent Comments Plugin here and it’s rather nice! I wrapped it in a small Smarty function in the usual way and I’ll probably include it in the next snapshot.
Call it by adding “{get_recent_comments}” to your template!

Tax Refund – Start your Tax Refund Application Here
The Tax Refund Site is a useful vehicle for “The Tax Clinic” to gain new customers.
Read their terms and conditions. It’s free to make a query, but if you’d like them to handle your tax return it’ll cost you.
Good idea!
IRA flood the gaf with Queens Pound
The Peoples Republic Of Cork analyze the latest news in North-South relations. What’s with all the Sterling floating around in Co. Cork, and why did the Orange Order turn down a chance to march in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade?
What a weird week for Irish republicanism and Cork. Have you checked your back garden for buried treasure?
What a wasted opportunity for republicans to show a bunch of hardened right winged Unionists how daycint Cork is, the best example of civilization on the island. Sure they would have loved it! They’d be heading back up North singing De Banks and telling everybody on the Shankill stories they heard about Henrys, going back to a gaf up in Churchfield after the parade after-party and having a jar in the Hi-B.
Queen and Paul Rodgers – Dublin, May 14th
Arrgghhh Nnnnoooooo!! Queen and Paul Rodgers are touring this year and 2 concerts in Ireland have been announced! Unfortunately I won’t be here! I’ll be in Chicago!
Here’s the full list of concerts but they’re probably all sold out – the UK concerts sold out within hours of being announced.
I must read that Uncut interview with them soon. I haven’t a clue who Paul Rodgers is!
