Paris Hilton & me

One photographer’s story of when he saw Paris Hilton. Her bodyguards stopped him taking a photo. I presume the incident didn’t happen in public? He should have used a telephoto lens!

The second bouncer stops me via a mild bodycheck, which I return in kind to him.

Sigma 18-200 lens has arrived!

My Sigma 18-200 lens arrived this afternoon after much reloading of An Post’s tracking site! Images later but I think this will be a good “carry around” lens to replace my 18-55 kits lens.

Blended Exposures Revisted

DP&I.com: Blended Exposures Revisted – neat method of getting a little more dynamic range from your photos. Not suer if the GIMP can create a luminosity mask but similar methods can be used to get the same effect.
