Well, there is that, but I’m still amazed at the progress gaming has made in 6 years, yet the consoles have remained the same. Just goes to show they need to up their game and look at doing the next generation console.

With the cost of game development these days I wonder will that next generation be backwards compatible? Seems a shame to throw out all that experience with the current range of machines, but I’ve read that the next generation will be so speedy it’ll encourage more middleware to make development easier.
