Desktop Tower Defense could be the most addictive game I’ve played in a while, which is why you should not play it. Never, really, don’t go there. Or if you do, play it now and get it out of your system before you go back to work on Monday.
It’s rather good. I’d write more but I’m in the middle of a game…

Later .. Two days later Michael Arrington says exactly the same as me. Thanks Donal for the heads up! I’d like to think that he read it here but I suspect the only thing we share are our sentiments about this addictive game.
Wow! It’s like Command and Conquer but for people who can’t move a mouse around like they used to. Suits me fine!
*chuckle* We knew you guys were doing something WoW related. 🙂
Me? I play RuneScape.
Funny thing is, I don’t like Command and Conquer and it’s ilk normally so I’m surprised at how this game has gripped me.
C&C Renegade was a great blast, but it was a 3D FPS so that doesn’t count. Give me multiplayer Quake 1 any day!
I should have followed your advice. I just lost almost 2 Hours to that game. 🙂
Michael Arrington agrees but he could have picked a different title for his post 🙂
I just don’t get it. I really tried to like it, but clicking upgrade over and over again does not appeal to me.
I’ve wasted so much time in this game. If my boss finds out I’m going to get in trouble, but I just want to beat my score a little more.
Oh, this is totally harmless compared to wow, runescape or any other MMOG, lol.
