Spectra Prints – digital printing in Ireland
Daragh tried Spectra Photo and isn’t impressed by the results. I tried them a year ago and prints came out fine, but then, prices were half of what they are now so it’s probable that it’s not only the price has changed in the intervening period! I still have to try out Digi Print in the UK. Last time I looked at them they were reasonably priced.

Leaving Cork Harbour
Cork Harbour serves as a conduit for trade between many parts of Ireland and the rest of the world. It has a thriving chemical industry, oil refinery and other industries from the Munster region. At the mouth of the harbour is Roches Point Lighthouse, and Church Bay, a delightful stony beach, lies directly across from it.
Ships still ply the waters in a never ending trade of goods going back centuries.

Pippin has lots of good stuff on his site, include a very useful looking colour corrector and white balancer. He has a (poor quality) movie giving a good demo of his plugin and it’s something I’m going to try out later!
