  1. A good list. Overcoming procrastination is all about understanding why you are procrastinating and then taking steps to cure these reasons. For example a common reason is fear – we just don’t know how to start something. You need to control your thought process and change your attitude from “I can’t do this” to “I really want to do this. What is the best way to get it done?” or similar. This willstopyour irrational fear and get your subconscious mind to come up with good suggestions for you to tackle the task.
