And in tonight’s games with David I leveled up somehow to 10 but my KDR took a beating. We fought really strong teams in several rounds of rush and unfortunately mostly lost.
Off we went to squad deathmatch where we were joined by MrDippy and CavScout34. I was unfortunately more a liability than anything else although my second last game had a positive KDR (8/7) and in the last game on Isla I spotted a lot and practised setting up a tent on the slopes surrounding the town. I offered to make tea and David wanted marshmallows but I was rudely interrupted by two enemy flanking my position. Very inconsiderate.
I can’t wait until I get that component cable. Please arrive on Monday! Standard definition really sucks.
Oh yes, I almost forgot. I got my first Ken Burton friend request on PSN. I’ve already received 3 such requests on Xbox Live, but this was the first one. How do they possibly think I’m that nice fella Ken?

No wonder I couldn’t use the tracer gun. It’s unlocked at level 11, but I swear it looks like it’s unlocked when I’m in the weapons and gadgets stats page. Halfway to 11 on PS3, and already there on Xbox. If I concentrated on one platform I’d be doing great but I have friends on both. There’s no technical reason why they couldn’t. (It’s just commercial reasons)

I blogged about him twice, and I’m subscribed to his channel. Do a Google search for his name and unfortunately this blog shows up. I think I should explicitly say “I’m not Ken Burton” in my about text on the sidebar 🙂
Maybe you should send Ken a message asking him to make it clear that the only ID he uses is ‘Sh1pper01″ as he’s also had someone pretending to be him on XBL using the ID Sh1pperO1 – it was on his Ken’s Daily Rant channel I think.

Haha, I considered it but I didn’t know his XBL gamertag or PSN username and didn’t want to bother looking for them.
I sent him an email months ago when he had it on his website so I may dig it up from my Sent folder and email him the url. His console inboxes are probably choking.
