huh? someone spliced Nethack and Vim together? cool. a match made in heaven
From a brief Google search I think it’s actually screen bombing out rather than Vim. Much worse as I had Vim loaded in a couple of screens editing various things! Entertaining and unusual error message though 🙂

I remember the first time I saw that error, I thought wtf. I thought someone crashed my screen on purpose and left me that message 🙂
Hah, Donncha, just had this happen to me on one of my Linodes due to a catastrophic crash, and your post is at the top of Google for this dungeon stuff.
