I check the referer field of each request, but also, the photo of the day is generated from a plugin and is only displayed on the website. I haven’t used the information for any other purpose yet and it seems a little pointless, especially when the surrounding HTML is so simple. I may even write a quick script to go through all my potd entries and insert the html into the entries.
