downTHEMall – Firefox extension

downTHEMall is a great extension for Firefox! Dead handy for downloading links off webpages.

  1. I discovered downTHEMall about a week ago, when I was looking for an easy way to slurp down free MP3s from some of the iPodlounge sites. I set up an “Audio” filter for easy use of the Turbo-dTa function.

It’s still not ideal, as it has its shortcomings (no graceful handling of previously downloaded files, clumsy UI). But it will do for now.
