Penalty Points are being introduced for driving offenses on November 1st so I went searching but didn’t find anything directly related. I did find an interesting article on Jury Service however.

Protector
An odd and weird science fiction story by Larry Niven. Did not see that ending coming!

Batman: Knightfall
One of my favourite Batman stories, and the story the last Nolan film took inspiration from. Only bettered by the superb Batman: Son of the Demon.

The Golden Compass
First of a three part fantasy/sci-fi series. Some people hate it because of it's anti God message but it's a great read. I found it hard to put down. There's even a Snopes article about the film adaptation.
