A new development project called Epiphany has splintered from the Galeon effort, which also was formed to create a simplified Mozilla-based browser for Gnome.

Good evening! This is a blog generated by the the excellent b2, heavily modified by me to use Smarty, and with scripts to make it easy to create new blogs. I’ll hopefully be able to release code sometime next week when I track down any errant bugs.

Digital camera software for Li …

Digital camera software for Linux: gPhoto – I’ve never had to use gPhoto with my digital cameras as Linux has support for USB digital cameras through the USB mass-storage driver. Just plug the camera in, and “mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera” (or some similar device, this should work if you don’t have SCSI disks)
