He links to the above article, and states, “Commercial software vendors should have delivered high quality software as they shipped the software (Especially the richest software company should have a better QA, but unfortunately not).“
I think he’s ignoring the fact that lots of admins didn’t upgrade their machines. Linux boxes have been hit with plenty of worms too, and are just as likely to be targets as Windows boxes. The ignorance of some people is astounding.
