Refocus for GIMP

Oooh! The Refocus plugin looks good! Pity it doesn’t want to work in GIMP2, even with this patch applied. Must take a look at it over the weekend.

    I try to install the refocus plug in, but it doesn’t work. I recieve a .tar file and py pc doesn’t recognize such file.
    What can I do?
